The Cost To Become A Realtor
- Entrance: $460.00
- Dues: $616.80
- Delivery: $35.00
- Life Insurance: $113.90
- Course 1: $440.00
- Course 2: $470.00
- Course 3: $660.00
- Application: $350.00
- Insurance: $335.00
It costs approximately $4600 to get licensed and registered as a real estate salesperson in Ontario.
